Dr. Prajwala Prajapati is a consultant Dietitian at National Center for Rheumatic Diseases (NCRD). She has completed her Bachelors in Food Science and Technology and completed her MSc. in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has been working at National Center for Rheumatic Diseases for the past three years. She is also a lecturer in Food Technology at College of Applied Food and Dairy Technology (CAFODAT). Her area of focus is Nutrition in gout and metabolic syndrome, diet in obesity, Intermittent fasting.
