Study period: October 2020 to March 2021 Inclusion Criteria: Age above 18 years old will be included in the study. Exclusion Criteria: Age below 18 years old and participants who refuse to give informed consent will be excluded. Sample Size: A sample size of 326 in each group (male-female, urban-rural) was calculated based on the estimated population prevalence of 26% the power of the study of 95% and 5% margin of error. Therefore 1304 will be taken as a total sample.
